Restore & Rise Breathwork with Nichola

Guided breathwork session beginning with gentle, flowing qi gong-inspired movements to warm up the breath and the body, followed by powerful breathing techniques to reset your nervous system and release tension. Boost your energy, build resilience and leave feeling restored, focused, uplifted and lighter. All levels welcome.
Please bring a blanket and pillow.

Gong Bath

Join Cassie for a Gong Bath and if you have never experienced one then think of it as a sonic massage. Whilst you lay in a meditative state the frequencies and vibrations both relax and ground the body. You will be left feeling a deeper sense of clarity and connection to yourself. They are also greatly beneficial for anxiety, ptsd and chronic illness as well as general relaxation.
Body temperature is likely to drop during this bath so wear extra layers for warmth.
Bring a cushion, warm blanket and an eye mask for maximum comfort.

Simply Breathtaking
Last Friday of the month - 7PM £15 per session Starting May 29th
This 60 minute session offers you a playful, mindful safe space. To learn and develop with curiosity, the required skills and techniques to help you let go, feel settled, calmer and more grounded. It will improve your mood, reducing anxiety and stress. Therefore boosting confidence and your overall sense of wellbeing then we will end with a Chakra balance.
Please wear comfortable warm clothing and bring a pillow. Arrive ten minutes before the session starts.
